TAEKWONDO,
with its literal translation as “the art of kicking and
punching”, is the worlds most practiced martial art. Tae means
“to kick”, Kwon means “to punch” and Do means “the art” or
more correctly, “a way of life”. Taekwondo is also an Olympic
sport.
